对安徽省武术学校师资的调查研究

武校的发展与兴起，为我国武术运动的发展与传播起到了举足轻重的作用。但武校发展至今，已很难再持续而长远的发展。本文通过对武校校长、教练员和文化课教师的调查研究，揭示影响武校发展的一个重要因素——武校师资问题，并针对此问题提出建设性意见，以提高武校的教学质量，为武校的进一步发展奠定基础。

Research on Faculty of Wushu Schools in Anhui

The development and high popularity of Wushu school puts great importance on the development and spread of Wushu sports in our country. But after long time development, it＇s too hard to go on develop any morc. From the investigation and research about the headmasters, coachers and other teachers in schools, this paper tries to find the most important factor the faculty in Wushu school which has Kreat influence on development of Wushu school. As a result, it puts forward constructive suggestions and improves the teaching quality of Wushu school.
