| 摘 要： | ＂就业导向＂是针对我国目前就业形势严峻和职业教育发展方向出现偏离而提出的一种政策导向,有其积极的现实意义和必要性。同时,＂就业导向＂是一种应时之举,有其阶段特征和理论局限性,并不能作为我国职业教育长远发展的＂指挥棒＂。根据世界职教发展动向和终身学习时代要求,从＂就业导向＂向＂生涯导向＂发展,走终身化职业教育道路,应成为未来我国职业教育改革发展的理性抉择。
