摘    要:教师专业化是指教师职业具有自己独特的职业要求和职业条件,有专门的培养制度和管理制度。近年来,我国的中小学教师专业化建设既取得了一些成绩,但同时也存在较为突出的问题和不足,距离教师专业化的要求差距还很大。

Abstract:The professionalization of teachers refers to the special vocational requirement, qualification, and the systems of cultivation and management that the profession of teachers should have. In recent years some achievements have been made in the professional ized construction of teaches in China's primary and middle schools but some serious problems and defects still exist, and the professionalization still has a long way to go.
