| 摘 要： | 通过回顾我国科技期刊评价工作的发展历程,分析我国科技期刊评价工作的成效、特点和发展趋向.认为:需要在整合集成现有引文数据的基础上,倡导合作分工;大力加强信息分析工具的开发和统计分析氛围的营造,建立中文科学论文索引,发展科学论文评估体系.

| Abstract: | By reviewing the development course of scientific journal evaluation in China, this paper analyzes the characteristics and effects of the evaluation work, and shows the developing tendency of it. The authors think that on the base of integrating the citation data, we need to advocate cooperation and the division of work, strengthen the exploitation of the tools of journal evaluation, develop statistical analysis, establish Chinese scientific dissertation index, and expand the scientific dissertation evaluating system. |
