| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,为改变我国多数行业技术落后的局面,我国政府实施了"以市场换技术"的政策思路。但我国企业究竟获得了多少技术,特别是核心技术?以市场换技术政策是否起到了预期的效果?有哪些经验与教训?本文主要梳理了"以市场换技术"的投资与贸易政策,以及汽车、发电机、手机、程控交换机、计算机等五个行业的产业技术政策,以期为后续研究奠定一些基础,同时为同行全面认识这一政策提供参考。

| Abstract: | Since the Reform and Open up policy,to change the situation of most of the backward industries in China,our government has been implementing the marketing- exchange-technology strategy.But how mach technologies our enterprises really gained,especially essential technologies? Is the marketing- exchange-technology policy works as it' s been expected?What do we learn from this policy?To set basis for further researches and offer references for people who study in the same area.this paper mainly sorted out the investment and trade policies related in marketing-exchange-technology; and the industry technology policies of automobile,generator,cell phone, private automatic branch exchange and computer. |
