困境与突围:高职院校行进中的现代学徒制--以陕西交通职业技术学院中德SGAVE项目为例

从教育观与人才观的双重视角分析发现,现代学徒制是实现青年一代全面发展和可持续发展的有效人才培养形式。陕西交通职业技术学院在中德SGAVE项目实施中,通过搭建政行企校多元合作人才培育平台、改革人才培养模式、开发课程体系与教学标准、创新校企合作长效机制等措施,探索现代学徒制人才培养体系,较好地对接了双主体育人、双身份成长、双导师培养与双环境学习等现代学徒制关键问题。

Strait and Breakthrough: Modern Apprenticeship on March in Higher Vocational Colleges--A Case Study about Sino-Germany SGAVE Project in Shaanxi College of Communication Technology

From double perspective of education and talent, the modern apprenticeship is an effective form of talent training to realize the all-round development and sustainable development of the young generation. In implementation of Sino-German SGAVE Project, Shaanxi College of Communication Technology explores the personnel training system for modern apprenticeship, by constructing governmentindustry-enterprise-school multivariate cooperation personnel training platform, reforming the personnel training mode, developing the curriculum system and teaching standard, and innovating a long-term university-enterprise cooperation mechanism, and has better linked with double subject education, double identity growth, double mentor cultivation and double environment learning, achieving good results.
