| 摘 要： | 以互联网为载体的新闻传媒业发展十分迅猛，而与其发展速度相比，网络新闻工作者队伍建设亟待加强与提高。本文从分析网络新闻传媒的优势入手，针对存在的问题，提出了加强网络新闻从业人员职业道德建设的途径和方法。
