浅论中国近代法律教育

中国近代法律教育兴起繁荣有其社会原因并经历了前期一系列的准备、酝酿。其产生、发展的途径分三类:官办、私立、教会创办,后在民国时期形成统一规制。这一时期的法律教育有一系列的相关制度逐步建立起来并定型化。中国近代法律教育的逐步健全与法律制度的建立完善是相辅相成的,两者间存在着复杂的辨证关系。

Discourse on Chinese Legal Education in Modern Time

The rise and prosperity of Chinese legal education in modern time have specially social causes and undergone a series of preparation before ready - made. The ways to produce and develop legal education varies in three : rule by the government ,rule by private, rule by church . And then when it's came to Democracy Republic of China , uniform criterion came into being. In this period , a lot of interrelated system in legal education gradually built up and finalized the design. The escalation of Chinese legal education and consummation of legal system supplement each other, so that the relationship between them is quite complex.
