| 摘 要： | 加工贸易企业的生产控制模式是其转型升级的基础。根据加工贸易企业中外双方所处地位的不同以及加工贸易方式,将山东省加工贸易分为六种模式,根据这六种模式所代表的典型产业的特点,分析它们差异化的升级路径,认为山东目前加工贸易的转型升级不能都着眼于创立自主品牌,应根据产业的实际情况,选择适合的升级方向
