| 摘 要： | 2009年奥巴马实行的新能源政策标志着美国能源政策的新趋势:降低石化燃料的国外依存度、开发新能源、增加国内能源供给多元化、节约能源以及大量使用清洁能源的核心思想已经成为现在及未来相当长时期内美国能源政策的主轴。这对在我国国家能源战略中占重要地位的西部能源开发而言,具有重要启示意义。

| Abstract: | The new energy policy taken by president Obama in 2009 indicates the new trend of American energy policy:to decrease the dependency of overseas fossil fuel,to develop new energy,to make the energy supply more diversified,to save energy and to largely use clean energy,which will become the mainline of American energy policy nowadays and in the long term and be very inspiring to the energy development of western region of China that plays a key role in the strategy of energy of our country. |
