| 摘 要： | 大德研究开发特区被誉为世界八大科技园之一,其成功的取得与政府合理的规划、丰富的人力资源及产学研一体化的运行机制分不开,而良好的投融资环境及与之相适应的投融资模式是关键的一环。良好的投融资环境包括完善的法律法规、有效的管理体制及优惠的鼓励政策;与之相适应的投融资模式包括中小企业孵化器、风险投资、KOSDAQ上市及政府投资引导。
