摘    要:在民营企业,有一种老板文化,民营企业能做多大多久往往取决于老板个人的价值观与能力边界。参照竞争价值理论模型,发现民营企业组织文化类型;并通过问卷调查,进行组织文化价值观对组织效益的影响程度分析。

Abstract:The success and failure of the Chinese private enterprises has become the focus of the management and research field.What leads to the future of Chinese private enterprise? The answer is the boss culture.The personal value and the capability of the boss determine the organizational future.Referring to the CVF model,the paper finds out the culture type of private enterprises.And through the questionnaire,the paper analyzes the extent of the organizational culture value affecting the effectiveness.
