| Abstract: | The success and failure of the Chinese private enterprises has become the focus of the management and research field.What leads to the future of Chinese private enterprise? The answer is the boss culture.The personal value and the capability of the boss determine the organizational future.Referring to the CVF model,the paper finds out the culture type of private enterprises.And through the questionnaire,the paper analyzes the extent of the organizational culture value affecting the effectiveness. |
