| 摘 要： | 结合河南省高校第二次R&D资源清查的结果和历年数据,分析河南省高校R&D投入强度的概况和影响因素。河南省高校R&D投入强度整体偏低,主要影响因素包括科技经费投入规模、区域经济发展水平、财政支出结构等。运用GM(1,1)模型模拟并预测未来河南省高校R&D投入强度的走势。最后,提出的改进建议包括充分重视高校在科技活动中的作用、提高科技支出比重等。
