| 摘 要： | “行动研究”为建设行动研究型辅导员提供了理论支持，行动研究型辅导员以思想政治教育实践为中心，具有反思精神和创新意识；建设行动研究性辅导员队伍反映了时代发展的要求，体现了以学生为本的理念，是辅导员专业化发展的方向；建立科学的管理机制、明确辅导员的工作职责、培养辅导员的科研能力是建立行动研究型辅导员队伍的途径。

| Abstract: | "Action research" provides the academic support to construct action-research-style instructor staff.The action-research-style instructor with the spirit of self-reflection and innovation focuses on the practice of the political and ideological education.Constructing the action-research-style instructor staff which is the requirement of the present times,realizing fundamentally the students-centered idea,is the direction of specialization of the instructor staff.Setting up the scientific managing mechanism,defining the responsibility of instructor and developing their ability of scientific research,all of these are the ways to construct the action-research-style instructor staff. |
