摘    要:竞争力是企业的一种盈利能力或占领市场的能力。培育有竞争力的少数民族地区经济,是培育有现实经济基础的竞争力,而不是虚化的竞争力。在产业选择上,应在最有优势的某一产业或某一产品上培育其竞争力,即采取集中化战略,打好“山区”牌,发挥自身的资源优势,发展特色大农业;在农业产业化经营上,要处理好不同的经济主体之间的关系;在少数民族地区人力资源上,应把人力资本的投资作为战略来考虑。

Abstract:Competitive power is enterprise's capability of making profit or occupying the market. To cultivate the economic competitive power of minority regions is to cultivate real economic basis of competitive power not the imagined competitive power. In the selection of industry, we should choose some certain industry or product which owns the advantage for cultivating its competitive power by adopting a concentration strategy. We can only play the card of "mountainous area" to exert its resource advantage and develop mega-agriculture for the cultivation of competitive power and the economic development in the minority region, namely as: agricultural and sideline products, bamboo product, wood product, various mountainous fruits, medicinal materials and raised animal product from farming, forestry, animal husbandry and side-line production; in the same time, do well in the balance of different economic bodies. We also should consider it as an investment strategy for the manpower capital in the minority region.
