基于高校大型仪器共享平台的无边界知识联盟构建研究

高校大型仪器共享平台作为科研产出的基地,是产生增值知识的重要场所。本文提出构建以大型仪器共享平台为依托的无边界知识联盟,这是一种将平台实体资源与知识资源相结合的知识共享及合作创新的新模式。通过对平台无边界知识联盟的特殊性、可行性以及影响因素的探索性分析,提出需要从以共享为核心的资源管理、“利益共赢”的制度体系、高效便捷的信息系统、专业化的人才队伍等入手,保障平台知识联盟的有效运行。

Research on the construction of borderless knowledge alliance for large instrument sharing platform in Colleges and Universities

As a base of scientific research output, large-scale instrument sharing platform in Colleges and universities is an important place to produce value-added knowledge. This paper proposes to build a borderless knowledge alliance based on large-scale instrument sharing platform, which is a new model of knowledge sharing and cooperative innovation combining platform entity resources and knowledge resources. By exploring the particularity, feasibility and influencing factors of platform borderless knowledge alliance, this paper believes that the operation of platform knowledge alliance can be more effectively guaranteed by implementing resource management based on sharing concept, building an institutional system to promote win-win interests, building an efficient and convenient information system and establishing a professional talent team.
