| 摘 要： | 实行政府集中采购后,高校在仪器设备招标中的工作重点从前台的组织主持者转变为后台的协助参与者。分析了在政府采购招标中的角色转变后,高校设备主管部门应重点把握的问题,结合南方医科大学的实际工作经验,从批量采购的分包、技术指标的确定和评标过程的参与等方面寻求提高政府采购质量的解决方案。
