| 摘 要： | 作为一种独特的文化现象,学术自由具有丰富的文化价值。它捍卫着学者在探求真理的过程中不受干预,保持高度的精神与行为自由,无限趋近真理性认识;它保障着学者在自由的学术探究中形成理性认识和理性态度,培育、确立和高扬人的理性精神;它有助于学者智慧潜能的充分释放,促进各种思想观点的广泛传播和自由争鸣,成为学术进步和文化繁荣的基本保证。

| Abstract: | As a particular cultural phenomenon,academic freedom possesses abundant cultural value.During the process of pursing truth,academic freedom safeguards scholars holding highly immaterial and behavioral freedom without interference,and approaching illimitably to the true knowledge.In the course of free academic exploration,academic freedom guarantees scholars forming the rational understanding and attitude,cultivating,establishing and uplifting hominine spirit.Furthermore,academic freedom protects scholars releasing fully their sapiential potential,advancing the extensive promulgation and free controversy of thoughts,and becomes the basic guarantee of the academic progress and cultural boom. |
