新时期高校学生辅导员角色刍议

辅导员角色的合理定位是提高高校学生事务管理工作科学性和实效性的关键。从教育、管理、服务的角度看，辅导员是学生思想的导航者、学务的指导者、行为的引导者、工作的组织者、信息的传递者、问题的疏导者、权益的维护者、就业的指导者。辅导员在工作中应注重角色的主次之分，在不同情境下要扮演不同角色，不同辅导员的角色要根据个人专长和发展需要有所侧重。

On the Counselors' Role Orientating of Colleges and Universities

Scientific orientation of counselor＇ s role is the key to enhance the effectiveness of the college students＇ affairs management. In this paper, the college counselor＇s multiple roles and responsibilities are navigator of students＇ thinking, academic guide, manager of student＇ s behavior, organizer of working, member of transmission of message, mediator of students＇ problem, defender of student＇ s rights and guide of student＇ s employment clearly orientated from three areas, which respectively are education, management and services. Then the counselors should pay attention to distinguish the primary and secondary roles, separate different scenes as well as emphasize on respective expertise is raised.
