| 摘 要： | 我国水资源分布不平衡,绝大多数水资源都集中在山区,加强山区水资源开发,对山区农业、电力、旅游业等发展都有很大的影响。因此,需要采取提高忧患意识,转变思想观念,保护自然资源,控制人口数量,加强对山区水资源的管理,提高水资源的综合利用率,注重节水灌溉工程建设,提高节水灌溉技术,加强水权制度改革,保护环境等措施,进一步完善对水资源的管理。

| Abstract: | The distribution of the water resource of China is quite imbalanced, and most water resources are in the mountainous regions. Therefore, to strengthen the development of the water resources in the mountainous regions will be of great importance to the development of the agriculture, electricity and traveling industry of the mountainous regions. In order to achieve this purpose, we should change our ideological concept and take a series of effective measures to develop and manage the water resources in the mountainous regions. |
