Thoughts on Issues of Academic Quality of College Academic Journals

One of the causes that binds the improvement of the academic quality of many academic journals, to a greater degree, lies in the concept of closed door policy in running journal and the negligence of the fact that the journal, as a spiritual product should embody its distinguishing feature. To improve its academic quality, a journal should firmly establish the awareness of fine works: to seek higher quality by means of openness in running the journal, by the scientific features of its contents, creativeness and characteristics and by the systematization of its academic researches, liveliness and realism.
