| 摘 要： | 对教学效率进行理论探讨是教学论研究的应有之题。本文以历史发展为线索,从教学效率的含义、为提高教学效率而进行的各种途径,主要包括教师人格特征研究、教师行为研究、学习活动研究、师生交往、合作活动研究、以及教学(学习)策略研究几个方面对教学效率的影响进行综述,以期为构建我国以教学效率为核心的教学理论起到抛砖引玉的作用。

| Abstract: | Teaching efficiency is supposed to be explored theoretically in the investigation of teaching theory. This article gives an overview of what is the efficiency of teaching and the main ways to increase it, including the teachers' characteristics, teachers' actions, students' learning activities, communications, or corporations between teacher and students, and teaching (learning) strategies. The aim is to build the teaching theory center around the efficiency of teaching in China. |
