试论民办高校教师的激励措施

随着我国教育事业的逐步发展,民办教育已经成为我国教育体系中的一个重要组成部分。2003年《民办教育促进法》的颁布实施,更是预示着民办高校的春天即将来临。民办高校的灵魂是教师,建立一支高素质的教师队伍直接影响到民办高校的办学质量和发展前景。有效的激励能够调动他们的积极性和创造性,提高工作效率,从而促进学校的发展。

On the Incentives for Private School Teachers

With the gradual development of China's educational cause,private education has become an important component of China's education system. In 2003,"Private Education Promotion Law" was promulgated,which also herald the arrival of spring for colleges and universities. Teachers are the soul of private schools and building a team of high-quality teachers has a direct influence on the teaching quality and development prospect of private schools. An effective incentive can mobilize their enthusiasm and creativity,and improve working efficiency,thus promoting to the development of the schools.
