| 摘 要： | 目的:观察苦碟子注射液治疗2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床变化。方法:将60例2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的病人随机分为治疗组、对照组,治疗组给予常规治疗并且以苦碟子注射液40mL加液静滴,每日一次;对照组给予常规治疗。观察:四周后观察两组病人下肢血管病变的恢复情况。结果治疗组病变恢复情况总有效率明显优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:苦碟子注射液对2型糖尿病下肢血管病变有明显的治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients with lower limb vasculopathy afer treatment of Kudiezizhusheye.Methods:60 of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients with lower limb vasculopathy were randomly divided into two groups: the control group(conventional therapy) and the Kudiezizhusheye therepy group(Kudiezizhusheye 40ml add in N.S.250mL.qd).After 4 weeks,to observe the recovery of lower limb vasculopathy in two groups. Results:there are significant differences(p<0.05) in total effective rate in two groups.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Kudiezizhusheye is obvious in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients with lower limb vasculopathy. |
