| Abstract: | By statistical analysis theory, the situation of the production and management of port enterprises was investigated and analyzed. By the effects of multiple factors such as the economic situation at home and abroad, increasing production and operation cost, lack of railway capacity etc., the development situation of port enterprises in Fangchenggang city is becoming more seriously. |
