高效节能一体化特种整流装置的设计

摘    要:针对传统的大功率整流设备采用分体式结构存在使用铜排多,损耗大,安装不便,占地面积大等诸多缺陷,介绍了高效节能大功率一体化特种整流装置的设计方法,该装置直流电耗与传统整流设备相比可下降约1%~1.5%,整机总损耗比传统整流设备下降约6%~10%。适用于冶金化工企业作电解铝、镁、铜、锰、锌、铅、钴、镍、金刚砂和碳化硅烧结的直流电源,以及水、食盐电解等直流电源。

Design of an energy-efficient integrated special type rectifier device
Abstract:Conventional high-power rectifier equipment adopts split structure, which exist high copper bars consumption, high loss, inconvenient installation, large area occupation and many other drawbacks. A design of an energy-efficient high-power integrated special type rectifier device is introduced in this paper. The DC power consumption in this device can be reduced by 1%~1.5% compared with conventional rectifier. The overall loss of the device can be reduced by 6%~10%.This device can be used in the metallurgical and chemical industry as the DC power supply of electrolysis of aluminium, magnesium, copper, manganese, zinc, lead, cobalt, nickel; sintering of silicon carbide; and electrolysis of water and salt.
