| 摘 要： | 针对由多个图书馆建立的联合图书馆在管理方面的复杂特点,分析了联合图书馆的建立目的、组成形式和实践应用过程的种种问题。从图书馆的组织结构、运行机制、管理方式等方面进行深入研究,寻找合适联合图书馆管理策略,提出了面向联合图书馆的高质量管理模式,并通过建立监督反馈机制,在运行过程中对联合图书馆的管理制度和措施不断进行完善。

Research on Joint library high quality management mode |

| Abstract: | Aiming at the complex characteristics of joint library which consisted of several libraries in management, this paper analyzed the problems aroused in joint library’s foundation aim, composition form and practical application. From the library’s organizational structure, operational mechanism and management, it explored the joint library’s management strategy; put forward a high quality management mode for joint library. By setting up the monitor and feedback mechanism, it increasingly improved the joint library’s management system and measures in operation. |
