| 摘 要： | 电子政务的提出是信息技术高度发展的必然结果,是顺应经济全球化对政府效率的要求.我国电子政务系统的建设起步较晚,但是发展势头良好.不过在实施的过程中仍然存在不少的问题有待我们去解决.
