| 摘 要： | 采用专家访谈、文献资料、数理统计以及比较研究等方法,对广东宏远篮球俱乐部的组织结构、内部管理、篮球市场的开发经营、后备力量的培养等方面进行综合比较和分析,旨在对我国职业篮球俱乐部的发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the interview with experts,data collection,mathmatical statistics and the method of comparative research,this thesis presents a comprehensive comparison and analysis of the Hongyuan Basketball Club,Guangdong province,in such aspects as the structural organization,the inner management,the development and management of the basketball market,and the training of reserve force,aiming at providing a reference for the development of professional basketball clubs in China. |
