伴随着改革开放30年的不断发展,我国的政治、经济、文化都发生了巨大的变化,尤其是经济的发展令世人有目共睹。在物质文明迅速发展的同时,人们的精神文明也有了很大的改善。由于经济的快速发展,可耕土地的减少,大量的农民进入城市投入到经济建设中来。据统计,从1998年到2005年,全国总人口从12.47亿增加到13.075亿,城市化率提高到43%(选自《21世纪的中国城市》朱铁臻)。那么城市化的普及是否意味着人类进入了高度的文明时代呢?
