发展皖北历史文化旅游产业的对策研究

皖北历史文化旅游资源十分丰富，且分布广、种类多、品味高、影响大，时间跨度长、地域特色明显，但目前皖北历史文化旅游产业仍没有得到长足发展，文化底蕴开发不够，特色旅游没有得到充分展示。笔者认为，发展皖北历史文化旅游产业，一是相关部门牵头，尽快出台皖北历史文化旅游产业发展规划；二是加大投入，进一步加强皖北历史文化旅游基础设施建设；三是：妥合理布局，促进皖北历史文化旅游产业协调发展；四是要突出重点，实施皖北历史文化旅游品牌战略；五是要创建优良环境，提升皖北历史文化旅游旅游服务质量；六是要加快人才培养，加大皖北历史文化旅游宣传力度；七是充分运用高新技术，推动皖北历史文化旅游产业升级。

Countermeasures on Developing the Industry of Northern Anhui History,Culture and Tourism

Northern Anhui has rich resources in history,culture and tourism,which are characteristic with wide ranges,great varieties,high taste,great influence,long history and obvious regional features.However the industry related to them,cultural heritage and characteristic tourism develop slowly.According to the article,the countermeasures to it are just as follows:to work out the 12th Five-Year Plan led by related government departments as soon as possible;to increase investment to enhance the construction of infrastructural facilities;to lay out reasonably to promote coordinated development;to lay stress on implementing brand strategy;to create a good environment and improve service quality;to speed up the cultivation of talents and strengthen propaganda;to make full use of high-tech to promote industrial upgrading.
