| 摘 要： | 台湾私立高职院校具有理念清晰、定位准确、全程关怀、体系完整、产学融合、师资雄厚等特点,这是当局对公立、私立院校一视同仁的政策以及院校自身善于审时度势、抢抓机遇的结果。台湾私立高职院校的发展,在职教体系构建、院校发展思路、师资队伍建设、产学融合、管理及政策等方面给大陆地区高职院校提供了丰富的经验。
