| 摘 要： | 一、"十五"期间湖南省教科院教育科学研究所做的主要工作 湖南省教育科学研究院是由原省教科所、省职教研究中心和省成教研究中心三个单位合并组建,并于2001年5月18日正式挂牌成立的直属省教育厅领导的全额拨款事业单位."十五"期间,正值湖南教科院各项工作打基础的重要时期,在省委、省政府和省教育厅的高度重视和正确领导下,坚持"科研立院、科研兴院、科研强院"的发展战略,以教育科研基本建设为前提,以教育科研体制改革为主线,以教育科研水平提升为重点,以繁荣教育科学为使命,高起点谋划,全方位运作,取得了可喜的成绩.
