| Abstract: | After the Protection Programme of Natural Forests has been carried out in an all -round way, the forestry economy in faraway high -cold mountainous areas is confronted with a new situation. It cannot develop unless the following work is well done : (1) On basis of the realities, the advantages of the local natural resources should be fully utilized; (2) Rational distribution of resources should be made to adjust economic structure; (3) More attention should be paid on main industries; (4) Effective measures should be taken to achieve the goal. |
