| 摘 要： | 随着经济、文化的迅速发展,生活节奏的加快以及社会竞争给人带来的生活压力,不同年龄阶段的人越来越多地利用体育运动来缓解生活的压力,以调节身心健康。于是,终身体育能力的获得,将成为人们对学校体育教育的需求。而二者之间又有着相互联系,相互影响的作用。

| Abstract: | Along with the rapid development of economy and culture, the life Pressure brought about by the fierce social competition is so big that more and more people of different ages are considering much about the advantages of physical training to relax themselves in body and mind. It is generally recognized that life - long physical training competence will become the requirements of school physical training. This paper presents a discussion on the interdynamic relationship between them. |
