| 摘 要： | 美国指责加拿大政府设立加拿大小麦局（CWB）并赋予该企业某些专有权和特权,违反了GATT1994第17条关于＂国营贸易企业＂的规定。包括中国在内的7个成员方作为第三方参与本案。在DSB通过上诉机构报告和经过修改的专家组报告中裁决驳回了美国的上诉请求,维持了专家组的结论。本案对后来涉及国营贸易条款的争端具有深远意义。

| Abstract: | In case Canada-Measures of Wheat and Treatment of Imported Grain,the USA censured Canada to violate GATT1994,Item17. Seven other members,including China,took part in this case as the third Party. In the end,the USA and Canada announced DSB to carry out the report of Experts and the report of The Appeal.This case has significan to the items of stute trading. |
