非洲高等教育中的性别问题——以达喀尔大学为例

摘    要:当前非洲高等教育面临许多亟待解决的问题,其中尤为突出的是性别问题。非洲大学的教师和学生的比例普遍较低;而且,校方并没有很好地考虑到女教师的利益;很多有关教师评聘的制度都对女教师明显不利。当然,非洲的社会文化传统也对女性非常不利。文章以达喀尔大学为个案进行了深入的分析。

Gender Issue in African High Education -Taking University of Dakar as an Example

Abstract:Nowadays African High Education faces many urgent problems within which include the gender issue. The ratio of female professor and student in African universities is very low in general; and the benefit of female professors isn't taken into account by the authority; many systems about application and promotion isn't benefit to female professor; of course, the African social-cuhural traditions are also do great harm to females. And we take University of Dakar as an example to deeply analyze the gender issue.
