| 摘 要： | 文章首先分析知识型企业知识状态系统在知识存量增加，系统演变过程中耗散结构的形成，然后从熵变的角度进行研究，通过建立知识型企业知识状态系统的熵变模型，试图说明知识型企业知识状态系统演变的内在机理。

| Abstract: | Research on the in the process of evolving of knowledge stock issue knowledge state system of knowledge-based enterprise.Firstly,this paper analyzing the knowledge state system of knowledge-based enterprise in the process of increasing the stock of knowledge,the evolution process of the formation of dissipative structures.Then we study from the perspective of entropy change research,through the establishment of the entropy change model of knowledge state system of knowledge-based enterprise,we try to explain the internal mechanism of the knowledge state system evolution of knowledge-based enterprise. |
