基于SST39VF1601的FAT数据结构的实现

摘    要:SST39VF1601作为一种高性能、低价格、小容量的NORFLASH存储芯片,在小规模嵌入式系统中经常被作为外扩存储设备使用.针对小型嵌入式系统的特点,在SST39VF1601上实现FAT数据结构编程,使嵌入式数据以FAT文件格式存储,便于嵌入式数据的读写、共享.

Abstract:SST39VF1601 is NOR FLASH memory chip with high performance, low price and small capacity. It is normally used as external storage device for small sized embedded system. This paper implemented FAT data structure programming based on SST39VF1601 NOR FLASH memory chip for small sized embedded system. The embedded data was stored in FLASH as FAT file which was convenient to be accessed and shared.
