| 摘 要： | 对多式联运下经营人所采用的责任制进行了研究 ,并试图在不同责任制下 ,得出多式联运经营人、实际承运人、货主间责任平衡的汇合点 ,从而建立多式联运下众多关系人之间的“责任与利益均衡”对等原则。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a study of the responsibility system adopted by the multimodal transport operators and tries to find out the key point of equilibrium of responsibility and interests among the multimodal transport operators,actual carriers and cargo-owners,and establishes the reciprocal principle for massive parties to follow under the multimodal transport. |
