| 摘 要： | 为进一步认识和理解传统保健体育,继承和弘扬民族传统文化,适应现代社会的发展,同时也为构造全民健身运动提供必要的理论依据和科学方法.通过对文献资料以及2005级本院学生的教学过程中收集的资料进行分析,讨论了传统保健体育的保健作用,阐明了传统保健体育对人体的主要保健功效.

| Abstract: | In order to have a further recognition and understanding of traditional health care,to inherit and spread the national traditional culture,to follow the step of social development and also to provide theoretical basis and scientific methods of whole-nation sports,this article makes an analysis on the literatures and the materials collected during the teaching process of the students of Grade 2005,and gives a further discussion on the functions played by the traditional health care,and explains the body-care effects of traditional health care towards human body. |
