摘    要:组织系统文化是企业文化的重要组成部分,是企业的价值观、工作境界、用人理念、行为规范和部门精神的总称。因此加强组织系统文化建设,是贯彻落实科学发展观、提高组工干部素质的重要途径,对于形成组工干部共同的价值观念,推动组织部门自身建设都具有重大而深远的现实意义。

Abstract:As the general term of corporate values, work realm, employment concept, behavior criterion and department spirit, organization system culture is an important part of corporate culture. Thus, strengthening the development of organization system culture is the important approach to carry out the outlook of scientific development and improve organization cadres' quality, which is crucial and practical to form a common value and improve the development of organization departments themselves.
