企业能力：静态能力与动态能力理论界定及关系辨析

企业能力按静态的观点称之为静态能力,按动态的观点称之为动态能力.企业能力是静态能力与动态能力的统一,以静态能力为基础、动态能力为主导.企业的静态能力集中表现为企业实力,企业的动态能力集中表现为企业活力.静态能力和动态能力是企业能力的不同组成部分.根据现有的文献分析,阐明企业能力、静态能力和动态能力的概念.对静态能力与动态能力的关系进行辨析,认为动态能力是对静态能力的一种扬弃.提出动态能力的研究模型.也探讨了对未来研究的建议和在管理方面的含义.

Enterprise Ability: The Theory Limits and the Relation Discrimination between Static Ability and Dynamic Ability

Enterprise capability is the organizational capacity of enterprises, according to the static viewpoint it`s called the static ability, and according to the dynamic viewpoint it's called the dynamic ability. Enterprise capability is unity of static ability and the dynamic ability, take the static ability as the foundation, the dynamic ability as the leadership. Static ability of enterprise concentrative displays the enterprise strength, Dynamic ability of enterprise concentrative displays the enterprise vitality. Static ability and the dynamic ability are the enterprise ability different constituents. This paper will expose enterprise ability, static ability and dynamic ability concept by analysising existing literature;carry on the discrimination to the relations between static ability and dynamic ability, find that the dynamic ability develops the good and discard the bad of static ability. According to the research, this paper proposes the research model of dynamic ability, and discusses the futurology suggestion and meaning in the management aspect.
