| 摘 要： | 本文分析了创业企业社会网络构建的微观机理，建立了社会网络试错过程中的信号示意与试错模型，得出了创业企业犯两类错误的概率表达式；建立了网络个体价值评估与试错的模型，并得出创业企业社会网络构建中试错成本最低时对网络个体有效价值的贝叶斯估计以及最低损失值的计算式。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the micro mechanism of constructing start-up enterprises' social network from the point of transaction cost and path-dependence, sets up a model of signaling and trial-and-error and obtains the probability of making two types of mistakes. Then this paper sets up a model of evaluating the value of network units and trial-and-error, and obtains the Bayes evaluation and the value of the least loss when the cost of trial-and-error in constructing the social network of start-up enterprises is the lowest. |
