| 摘 要： | 以甘南藏区为例,采用文献研究的方法,了解当前甘南藏区基础教育信息化的现状和存在的主要问题。基础设施建设滞后、教学资源匮乏、师资信息素养低、制度建设跟不上等一系列问题,严重制约着整个地区基础教育信息化的快速发展。

| Abstract: | Taking Gannan Tibetan area in Gansu as an example, the paper tries to study the development status and main problems of informationization of basic education in Gannan Tibetan area by using the method of hterature research. Falling behind of Infrastructure construction, lack of teaching resources, low information literacy of teachers, and slow construction of rules and regulations etc. are seriously restricting the rapid development of informatization of basic education in the area. |
