| 摘 要： | 以总黄酮得率为指标选取土茯苓的最佳提取方法，同时考察总黄酮的有关药理作用．结果表明超声波法从土茯苓中提取出总黄酮含量最高，同时土茯苓中总黄酮具有明显的抗炎、镇痛及抗疲劳效果．

| Abstract: | The content and effect of total flavonoids were investigated by selecting the best extraction technology from Smilax glabra Roxb.The results indicated the ultrasonic method was the best extraction method from Smilax glabra Roxb.and the effect of anti-inflammatory,analgesic,anti-fatigue was significantly. |
