| 摘 要： | 全面建设小康社会首先需要变革传统的发展观,其关键就在于牢固树立起科学发展观。小康社会的实践和理论发展孕育和催生了科学发展观,它构成全面小康思想的核心理念,也是其他各种观念变革的主导思想。政绩观、经济发展观、人的发展观等观念的变革,都应当作为科学发展观的具体贯彻和落实。

| Abstract: | In order to carry out the all-round construction of a well-off society,first of all the traditional viewpoint of development must be modified,and the key is to have a viewpoint of scientific development.The progress in the practice and theory of the well-off society gives a birth to the viewpoint of scientific development,and it forms the core idea for all-round well-being and is the major thought for changes in different ideas. |
