摘    要:亚硫酸盐对动植物的毒作用与其诱导体内产生过量自由基和活性氧有关。由鲁米诺和亚硫酸盐组成的简明而稳定的化学发光体系,在达到最佳发光强度时观察到发光强度可以被超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、抗坏血酸(Vc)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)等拮抗超氧阴离子O2.自由基的抗氧化剂所抑制,说明在此体系中有超氧阴离子产生,鲁米诺的氧化是由这些超氧阴离子引起的,实验表明亚硫酸盐易与溶解氧反应产生O2.,而抗氧化剂对亚硫酸盐的毒作用有一定的抑制效果。

Abstract:The toxic effects of sulfite on plants and animals is related to the production of excessive free radicals and reactive oxygen.The simple and stable CL system produced by mixing luminol and sulfite,in the best light intensity,can be inhibited by superoxide dismutase(SOD),ascorbic acid(Vc),glutathione(GSH),indicating that there is superoxide anion in this system,and the oxidation of luminol is caused by superoxide anion.Researches show that sulfate easily can react with dissolved oxygen and produce,while antioxidants has some inhibitory effect on the toxicity of sulfite.
