基于层次分析法的教师教学质量评价

目前,许多高职院校的教学评价指标和权重一般只有定性分析,没有定量分析,缺乏理论依据。本文应用层次分析法,按照以下四个步骤：构造多级层次结构模型、建立比较判断矩阵、计算相对重要度及一致性检验、计算综合重要度及一致性检验,用定性和定量相结合,以某职业技术学院为例,对教师教学质量进行评价,设计了基于matlab语言的程序,易于操作和计算。

Evaluation of Teaching Quality Based on the Method of AHP

At present,teaching evaluation index and weight in many vocational colleges only includes qualitative analysis,no quantitative analysis,which is lack of theoretical basis.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,according to the following four steps： structural multilevel structure model,a comparatively judgment matrix,calculating the relative importance degree and consistency inspection,calculation of comprehensive important degree and consistency inspection,adopting qualitative and quantitative,with a professional technology institute as an example,this paper manages to evaluate the teachers＇ teaching quality,and designs a program on the basis of matlab language,which is helpful in operating and calculating.
