| 摘 要： | 提倡反腐倡廉、建设廉洁政府是中国共产党的一贯主张和做法。抗战时期,为把陕甘宁边区建设成为全国模范的抗日根据地和全国最民主、最廉洁奉公的政府,边区政府采取了一系列措施加强廉政建设,使全党和全军保持了清正廉洁的作风,赢得了广大群众的拥护,培育了优良的延安作风。

| Abstract: | Promoting the construction of incorruptness and building a clean government have been a consistent position of CPC.During the anti-Japanese war,in order to develop the Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia region as an anti-Japanese base model area and democratic as well as clean government,border government adopted a serial of measures for strengthening the construction of incorruptness,and ensured that whole Party and army are clean and just.The measures won the support of the masses and formed the style of Yan'an. |
